About the Role
We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team across Romford, Chelmsford, and nearby areas. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-standard domestic and commercial cleans, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning tasks.
You must be punctual, respectful, and able to work independently. All cleaning supplies and training provided. Flexible hours available.
Requirements
🔹 Core Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
Minimum age: 16 years old
Must speak and understand English to a working level
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, lifting bins, etc.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions, checklists, and health & safety procedures
Must have access to a mobile phone (to receive jobs, communicate with team, and submit before/after photos)
🔹 Experience & Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential – full training provided
Experience in domestic, commercial, or end-of-tenancy cleaning is a plus
Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and COSHH regulations is desirable
DBS check (preferred) or willingness to complete one
🔹 Availability
Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required
Able to commit to shifts with reliable attendance and punctuality
Willing to travel to multiple client sites within Essex and Greater London
